Please call to book!
We are a cash-free business, but you are still welcome to tip your service provider in cash.
We ask that you do not bring any children, guests, or pets (service animals are allowed) to your appointments. This is a safety precaution and also allows your service provider to be more present and connected with you. If your child is immobile and in a carrier, an exception can be made, just please call ahead.
A service animal must be under the control of its handler. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of tasks.
Cancelation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without 24 hours notice, will incur a fee of the full amount of services booked. Thank you for understanding.

Late Arrival
We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. Please text or call and let us know if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you; however, out of respect for other clients’ time, we cannot guarantee the full service time if you are late. We will do what we can in the time allowed.

Memberships
We no longer offer memberships, however we still honor current active memberships. If you would like to cancel your membership, you are welcome to contact us at anytime. If you choose to cancel, you will not be able to restart your membership in the future.
Please note that membership credits do not accrue and you will need to visit during each billing cycle or that credit will expire at the start of the next billing cycle. If you choose to come in before your membership renews (and have already used the credit for that month) or if you would like to come in more than once during a billing cycle, you will be required to pay for your appointment at the discounted membership price.

COVID & Monkeypox Care
We are taking extra steps with disinfection in compliance with the CDC and recommended protocols. We have essential oils diffusing for airborne pathogens, air filters in the treatment rooms, required mask wearing in the treatment rooms and extra surface cleaning before and after every client. We have extended our service times for extra sanitation and do not allow guests, including children, in the waiting room or treatment room to limit the amount of exposure.
