• Do I have to schedule all my sessions at once?
  No! Your package gives you complete flexibility. Book whenever you need, no pre-scheduling required, although we do recommend it! 
   

• What if I can’t use all my sessions?
  We understand life happens! Our packages are non refundable, but they never expire so you have plenty of time to use them.
   

• I’m currently on a membership. Can I switch to a package?
  Yes, you can switch from a membership to a package. However, if you’ve already paid for your current month of membership, you’ll need to use your included wax first before canceling. Please note that once you cancel your membership, you will not be able to rejoin, as memberships are no longer offered.
   

• Why does it say "Gift Card" when I am purchasing my package?
  Currently, our booking software, Mangomint, only allows us to sell packages online as "Promotional Gift Cards." Once you complete your gift card purchase, our system will automatically update your account, giving you access to your package benefits.
   

• Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
  Our packages are non-refundable, and all sales are final. 
   

• Can I use my waxing package for different types of waxing services?
  No, the packages are specific to Brazilians, Extended Brazilians, Boyzillians, and Extended Bikini.
   

• Can I buy a package for someone else?
  Yes! All you have to do is purchase the package under the person's name you are buying for. 
   

• Can I transfer my unused sessions to someone else?
  No, waxing package sessions are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who purchased the package.
   

• Can I pay for my waxing package in installments?
  At this time, full payment is required to purchase a package. 
   

• How do I book my waxing appointments with my package?
  Booking is simple! Just log into your account, select the service you want to schedule, and your package sessions will be automatically applied to your booking.
   

• Can I book multiple sessions at once?
  Yes, you can schedule multiple appointments in advance. If you'd like to secure your waxing appointments ahead of time, feel free to book multiple dates to suit your schedule.
   

• Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
  Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment according to our standard rescheduling policy. Please note that rescheduling or canceling requires 24 hour notice to avoid a fee.
   

• What if I miss my appointment?
  If you miss an appointment without rescheduling or canceling in advance (according to our policy), you will forfeit that session.
   

• Will my sessions be deducted automatically when I book?
  Yes, once you book an appointment using your waxing package, that session will be automatically deducted from your remaining sessions.
